Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026 · theportalos.com

Portal ("we", "us") is an early-stage product operated from the European Union. This policy explains what data we collect on this website and how we handle it. We keep it short and honest — this is a pre-launch site, and we collect very little.

1. What we collect

2. What we do NOT do

3. Service providers

To run this website and the personalization feature, we rely on a small number of vetted infrastructure and processing providers. We do not disclose specific vendor names for security and competitive reasons, but every provider we use meets these criteria:

If you need the specific list of sub-processors for a legal or compliance review, contact us at the address below and we will provide it under NDA.

4. Legal basis & retention (GDPR)

We process your waitlist email based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time — one email to us and we delete your address. We keep waitlist data until launch communication is complete or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

The personalization feature uses automated processing to generate tailored page content from the text you enter. This processing produces only illustrative website content, has no legal or similarly significant effect on you, and stores its result solely in your browser.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

6. The product (when it launches)

The Portal application will connect to e-commerce and messaging platforms on your behalf and will be governed by a dedicated, more detailed privacy policy and data processing agreement before any such data is handled. Data will be hosted in the EU.
